Located in the more than 100-year-old Georgspalast, the Gondel restaurant awaits you with its unique, lively, fresh and delicious cuisine. In short: the art of cookery without the frills.

The modern, elegant design, the unique atmosphere and the proximity to Hanover's theatre legend, the GOP, make the Gondel a place for connoisseurs who live their passion for good food and drink, culture and the scene in a relaxed way. The open-plan kitchen and the fully glazed long front facing the kitchen pass do the rest to create an atmosphere in which you can eat well and, above all, feel good.

Indulgence in the face of climate change - the Gondel's cuisine is constantly changing. The basic menu is now vegan and vegetarian. Fish and meat will be extras in future.
