The modern, elegant design, the unique atmosphere and the proximity to Hanover's theatre legend, the GOP, make the Gondel a place for connoisseurs who live their passion for good food and drink, culture and the scene in a relaxed way. Indulgence in the face of climate change - the Gondel's cuisine is constantly changing. The basic menu is now vegan and vegetarian. Fish and meat will be extras in future.
