Experience a combination of cosy, modern ambience and French cuisine in the centrally located MARIE restaurant. MARIE is not a classic à la carte restaurant, but offers regularly changing menus with up to 5 courses.

A fascinating culinary journey through the diversity of French cuisine awaits you in this unique restaurant: in addition to traditional French dishes and exquisite wines, MARIE serves creative dishes with the finest ingredients, freshly prepared with a love of detail. Care is taken to use ingredients of regional origin - the vegetables are grown locally and the game meat comes from the Hanover Forest.

Head chef Sven Holthaus is responsible for this focus. With his culinary signature, he combines classic techniques with modern accents, always with the aim of creating a balanced flavour experience.

The modern indoor area with 25 seats invites you to linger, while on sunny days our outdoor area offers the opportunity to unwind and relax with a glass of wine. Private events for up to 40 people are also possible in the MARIE restaurant.
